Shipping & Returns
Shipping within India
We dispatch all orders from our workshop in Dehradun, Uttarakhand within 24 to 48 working hours. Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 working days depending on your pin code. Express delivery (1–3 days) is available at checkout for metro pin codes.
- Orders above ₹999 — Free standard shipping
- Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹79 standard shipping
- Express delivery — ₹149 flat, available at checkout
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Australia. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days. Any import duties or local taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Order tracking
You will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't see it, please check your spam folder or write to care@vanausadhi.com and we will resend it.
Returns & exchanges
Because our products are crafted in small batches and we care about hygiene, we accept returns only on sealed, unused items within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email care@vanausadhi.com with your order number and we will share a return label.
If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please write to us within 48 hours with a photograph and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return reaching our workshop. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the case of a damaged or incorrect order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.
